Britt Jones
President
Britt Jones is the Managing Attorney for Tacomaprobono’s Native American Legal Aid Program (NALAP) where she works to expand access to justice for Native Americans residing in South Puget Sound.
Prior to NALAP, Britt worked as a civil litigator for Tacomaprobono’s Housing Justice Project.
Britt is the current President of the Pierce County Minority Bar Association (PCMBA) and was the 2024 Chair of Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association's Juvenile Court Committee.
She attended Seattle University School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at University of Washington.
Catherine Case
Vice President
Catherine “Cathie” Case has been practicing in the dependency field for over 10 years. Additional fields of practice include family law and juvenile criminal.
While Cathie currently represents children under Office of Civil Legal Aid’s Children's Representation Program, she previously represented parents under Office of Public Defense’s Parent Representation Program.
Cathie has lived in Pierce County since she was 5 years old and JBLM was her Father’s last duty station. Cathie has always made it a priority to dedicate her life to serving her home, the Tacoma/Pierce County area. Cathie has served as TPCBA New & Young Lawyer’s Treasurer (2018-2019), TPCBA Secretary (2020-2022), TPCBA Vice President (2023), TPCBA President (2024), and TPCBA Past President (2025).
When Cathie is not working hard for her clients and community, she enjoys spending time with her children, dogs, and family. Cathie enjoys making memories from adventures and traveling.

Keith Armstrong
Keith Armstrong is the Managing Attorney of Strong International Law Group. Keith's practice is focused on Protecting What Matters, your family and your business. Keith received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS, the land of Oz. Keith began practicing in Washington State in 1994 working as a Human Rights Commission Investigator, then as an Assistant Attorney General as a trial attorney. His primary focus in private practice is Small Business law, Estate Planning, Probate, International and Veteran’s Disability Appeals.

What is PCMBA?
Pierce County Minority Bar Association (PCMBA) is a minority bar association and affiliate of the Tacoma Bar Association, located in Tacoma, WA, advocating for equal justice under the law, for the minority communities of Pierce County.

Who can Join PCMBA?
The membership of Pierce County Bar Association shall be open to any licensed attorneys, judges, court commissioners, law school graduates, and law school students who reside or practice law in Pierce County.

When Are PCMBA Meetings?
